1. Our company's continuous mixing machine has solved the problem of material leakage, ensuring no material leakage for a year (the packing can be replaced every three months), and the overall concentricity runout is controlled within 0.05 millimeters.

2. The equipment discharge door adopts a pneumatic structure, replacing manual adjustment of the discharge door, making the operation simple and safe.

3. The overall mixing chamber of the equipment adopts high-quality forgings, with machining accuracy and process treatment comparable to imported equipment, and the appearance roughness can reach 1.6

4. The continuous mixing machine has diversified rotors that are suitable for high-end black masterbatch, high filling materials, specialized degradable materials, etc. It can design different mixing rotors according to different materials to meet different process requirements.

5. The equipment can be used for halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials (with a filling amount of over 70%), various medium and high voltage cable shielding materials, conductive and semi conductive special materials.

6. The equipment can be used for low-temperature foaming materials and EVA foaming materials.
