The PCM continuous mixer boasts the following structural features:
Its three-dimensional screw edge configuration and rotor structure, featuring double conveying, double mixing, and double discharging capabilities, exhibit exceptional abilities for both distributive and dispersive mixing, catering to the demands of diverse mixing processes.
The split material cylinder facilitates swift and convenient material cleaning, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
With a double-stage layout, it offers flexibility in pairing either a single screw or twin screws with various pelletizing methods, ensuring broad process adaptability.
Equipped with a fully automatic gravimetric feeding system or mixing system, coupled with advanced PLC centralized control, it forms an interconnected control system that maintains optimal mixing operations. This minimizes human interference in the production process, ensuring automated, efficient, and safe operations across the entire system.
The inner wall of the material cylinder is lined with a W6Cr5Mo4V2 sleeve, while the rotor is crafted from high-quality alloy steel and surface-hardened with welded hard alloy, addressing wear and tear issues and guaranteeing prolonged stable equipment operation.

The primary applications of the PCM continuous mixer encompass:

Highly filled black masterbatches with a carbon black loading of 50%, halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds with a filling content exceeding 70%, various medium and high-voltage cable shielding materials, specialized conductive and semi-conductive materials, premium white masterbatches with a filling content reaching 70%, special carbon black masterbatches for PE pressure pipes, highly dispersed and highly filled masterbatches devoid of low-molecular-weight lubricants, high-grade cable-specific materials, as well as the reactive blending of polyolefins and other polymers. Additionally, it can be utilized for the processing and preparation of thermoplastic and heat-sensitive materials.
